Meet the movers and shakers
Theresa Rebeiro is an alumna of Rosary Convent High School, St. Ann’s College of Education and a postgraduate from Osmania University and counts English and Social Science amongst her areas of expertise. Her early career at St. Andrews capitalized on these strengths, and she has subsequently gained considerable experience in teaching students from classes 5 to 10. She joined St. Andrews in the year 2007 and later held the positions of Subject Head and Section Head, before extending her duties to the administrative sphere: taking on the role of the Middle School Coordinator for the Bowenpally and Keesara branches in 2013. In the year 2016, adding another feather to her cap, she was appointed Principal of Winmore Academy, Whitefield.
Apart from her administrative duties, Ms. Rebeiro is actively involved in organizing training programmes for teachers. In this regard, she has spearheaded the Faculty Enrichment Programme to create a platform where teachers can discuss and share perspectives on teaching practices. As the Head of the SAS Department of Training, her focus remains on developing effective teaching methods and outlooks through open dialogue and communication with teachers.

Ms. Roshini D’Souza, our esteemed Principal at Winmore Academy, is a distinguished education leader with a comprehensive academic background. Holding an MA, B.Ed, NTT, and an MBA, she is currently pursuing her Ph.D., showcasing a commitment to continuous learning. With over 15 years of impactful experience spanning diverse regions of the country, Ms. D’Souza has navigated various curriculums, including IGSE, CBSE, and Cambridge, enriching her educational repertoire.
Passionate about education, she strives to provide unparalleled learning experiences. Ms. D’Souza’s professional journey includes serving in prestigious schools and residential institutions, where her expertise has contributed to academic excellence. Her forward-thinking approach is evident through a commitment to innovation, emphasizing the integration of technology for enhanced educational outcomes.
Beyond her contributions to education, Ms. D’Souza brings a unique perspective rooted in an entrepreneurial background. This blend of educational expertise and entrepreneurial spirit defines her as a dynamic leader dedicated to shaping the future of learning at Winmore Academy.
